All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order — including after it has been placed — in cases of pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or stock availability issues. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. UK delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. If your order does not arrive, please see our Refund Policy and get in touch.

We take care to describe our products, images and specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free, complete or current. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown.

Returns, refunds and our 30-day money-back guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, PawPerfect is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
